This is a translation of the Russian-language Terms. In case of any discrepancy in
interpretation, the Russian text prevails.

1. General

1.1. These Terms govern the use of {{ДОМЕН}} (the "Website"), owned by
Pavel Vladimirovich Eliseev, a natural person (the "Owner").

1.2. The Website is a personal profile page (portfolio): it presents the Owner's
professional background and experience and contains links to external services. By
using the Website you accept these Terms. If you disagree with them, please refrain
from using the Website.

1.3. The content of the Website is provided for information purposes only and
reflects the Owner's professional background, experience and views. The Website's
materials do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, investment,
tax, medical or otherwise) and must not be relied upon as such; consult a qualified
specialist before making decisions that affect your interests.

2. The Website is not an offer

2.1. Information on the Website is for reference and information only and does
not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Russian
Civil Code (or an equivalent contractual offer under the law of other
jurisdictions).

2.2. The Website does not sell goods or services, accepts no payments and
concludes no contracts. Any possible collaboration is discussed separately, via the
contacts listed on the Website, and is arranged off the Website.

3. Intellectual property

3.1. The texts, images, design, structure and other materials of the Website, unless
stated otherwise, belong to the Owner or are used by him on a lawful basis and are
protected by intellectual-property law.

3.2. Without the Owner's prior written consent, the materials of the Website may not
be copied, reproduced, distributed or otherwise used beyond lawful review and fair
quotation with attribution to the source.

3.3. Third-party names, logos and trademarks mentioned on the Website belong to their
respective owners and are used for information purposes only.

4. Rules of use

4.1. You agree to use the Website in good faith and not to take actions that could
disrupt its operation or security, including unauthorised access, automated data
collection beyond reasonable load, or distribution of malicious code.

4.2. The Owner may at any time change the content of the Website, restrict access to
it or discontinue it without prior notice.

5.1. The Website contains links to third-party resources (social-media profiles,
external platforms and services), provided for the visitor's convenience.

5.2. The Owner does not control third-party resources and is not responsible
for their content, accuracy, availability, security, data practices or any
consequences of following them. The presence of a link does not imply the Owner's

6. No warranties and limitation of liability

6.1. The Website and its content are provided "as is". The Owner does not warrant
that the Website will operate without interruption or error, nor the completeness,
accuracy or timeliness of the information published at any given moment. The
information may be changed or removed without prior notice.

6.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner is not liable for
any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the
Website, reliance on the information published, or following external links. This
clause does not limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable
mandatory law.

storage — is described in the "Privacy Policy".

8. Governing law and disputes

8.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation; disputes are
heard by the competent court at the Owner's location, unless mandatory rules of
applicable law provide otherwise.

8.2. This clause does not deprive an EEA or US visitor of rights granted by the
mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection rules of their place of residence.

9. Changes

The Owner may amend these Terms; the current version is published at {{ДОМЕН}} and
takes effect upon publication.
